Transactional availability is accepted only from the owning product module and enabled supplier/provider integrations. CMS presentation never fabricates it.
When is a booking or application confirmed?
Only after the owning workflow records the required authoritative provider, payment or decision evidence for that product.
Can branding change transaction rules?
No. Theme, logo and content settings are presentation-only and cannot change booking, pricing, payment, finance or permission authority.
